Transcript Requests

HOW TO REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT

Current students at Hoover High School should request transcripts through the Guidance Office using their SchooLinks accounts, for life! SchooLinks began use with the Class of 2026 & Beyond. At the end of each school year, if seniors migrated their SchooLinks account credentials to a personal email – then they can access their unofficial HS transcript anytime, and request an official transcript anytime. Sign into SchooLinks here! 

If you are a graduate fromHoover High School please call the Guidance Office during our business hours to request your transcript.  Our office is open 7am-3pm, Monday - Friday; we are closed on federal holidays and during summer break. The HS Guidance Office can be reached by calling 330-497-5627.  Alumni may also email the transcript request to: transcripts@northcantonschools.org. 

Be sure to have all information available for your request:

-Your name when you graduated from high school

-Your date of birth 

-Destination information (exact address, email, etc)
