The Hoover Academic Booster Club recognizes the academic achievements of students by awarding Academic Letters and bars to students who obtained a minimum 3.75 weighted grade point average or better for a full year’s course work during the previous school year.

First year winners receive an Academic Letter.  Subsequent year recipients receive a gold bar to pin onto their Academic Letter.

The 31st Annual Academic Awards Night Ceremony will be held on

Wednesday, November 6, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

Special Guest Speaker: Mr. Jim Porter, President & CEO of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Museum

This year's ceremony will take place in person in Hoover Hall of the Performing Arts at Hoover High School.
